  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms gently using a damp cloth; cut larger ones in half.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add mushrooms to the bowl and toss until well coated; let marinate for 5 minutes.
