  • 5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 7 Biscoff Cookies
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff Cookie Butter
  • 10 ounces vegan marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan and a large mixing bowl.
  2. In the bowl, combine Rice Krispies and 6 broken Biscoff Cookies.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and Biscoff Cookie Butter together. Stir in the vegan marshmallows until mostly melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the cereal blend and mix well to coat evenly.
  6. Press the mixture into your greased pan and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
