Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peach preserves, olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade. Reserve half for later.
  2. Marinate salmon fillets in the remaining mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat with some olive oil. Sear salmon for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
