  • 7 cups Rice Chex Cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 18 fun-size Butterfinger candy bars (15 crushed and 3 chopped for garnish)
  • 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the Rice Chex Cereal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave on high for about one minute until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract into the melted mixture.
  4. Drizzle the melted mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
  5. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars until well distributed.
  6. Coat with powdered sugar using either sprinkling or placing in a ziplock bag.
  7. Spread on a baking sheet to let it set. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped Butterfinger.
