- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 oz mini vegan marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- In a large pot over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, stir in the mini vegan marshmallows until completely smooth.
- Mix in the molasses, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves until well combined.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish (about 9×13 inches) using a spatula or lightly greased hands.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
