- 3/4 – 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2–3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari or coconut aminos)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Prepare the dressing by mixing yogurt, mustards, honey, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a mason jar or bowl until well combined.
