- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
